ERGO 90 DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

ERGO offers a 90 day return policy of all products purchased directly from ERGO online or in the ERGO store. All products returned must be UNDAMAGED & UNMODIFIED and need to include all accessories included in the original package (is. plug, hardware, etc.) To initiate your return, please click here to visit your My Account page. Customers must pay the shipping cost to return product**. Customers will need to enclose a note in any return shipment as to whether they are wanting an exchange or a refund of their money. Only Product’s original pricing and applicable sales tax will be refunded. Proof of purchase and restocking fee may be required.

If the product was purchased through a Distributor or Dealer, the customer will need to return the product directly through the store where the purchase was made. For Warranty information see below.

Discontinued or Clearance Product is not eligible for return.

ERGO SHIPPING POLICY for E-COMMERCE ORDERS

Free shipping applies for orders over $125 USD within the United States*. USPS or UPS are available as options to fulfill most shipments. ERGO reserves the right to use any alternate means of shipping necessary to achieve a timely and cost-effective delivery to our customers.

SHIPMENT PROTECTION

ERGO offers Enhanced Shipping protection for a small fee on every e-commerce order. **If selected that order is also covered for a free return up to 90 days from the purchase. Enhanced Services Returns still have to meet the ERGO Return Policy to qualify for the return. An RMA will be provided on any eligible return for products from an order that purchased enhanced services.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

ERGO Grip will not ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address as they are outside of the United States. Such shipments require an export authorization by license or exemption like any other controlled/restricted shipment that leaves the United States. Please refer to Exporter Civil Arms for any shipments outside the U.S.

ERGO cannot at this time ship to U.S. Territories due to tax and excise restrictions.

Due to export controls, ERGO will not ship to Mail Forwarders or Mail Services.

ERGO LIFETIME WARRANTY:

All ERGO Grips products are made in the U.S.A. to the highest standards and backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Supplier warrants to the original end user customer of its Products that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Supplier warrants to the original end user of its Products that Products that are damaged as a result of normal use will be replaced.

Supplier will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Supplier on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new.

If Supplier is unable to repair or replace the product, it will refund the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made. This limited lifetime warranty does not cover any damage to any Product that results from improper installation, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, repair, or modification. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to any Products on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to applicable law. This limited lifetime warranty covers only repair, replacement or refund for defective Products or for Products that are damaged during normal use. Supplier is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any costs associated with removing or installing Supplier’s Products. ERGO may require photographs and Proof of purchase from the original end user in order to initiate the warranty service. Supplier reserves the right to change the terms of the limited lifetime warranty at any time and without prior notice.

I certify that the ML1.h products (goods) purchased will not be exported, sold, re-exported, or transported outside of the United States and will not be sold or released, directly or indirectly, to foreign nationals inside or outside the U.S. without prior U.S. Government export authorization.

Return Policy

ERGO products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Guarantee.  If your ERGO product is defective or breaks down due to a manufacturer defect, we will replace it for free.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your ergogrips.net purchase, you can return your eligible items by mail within 90 days of the original ship date.

Refunds

We hope you love your purchase, but should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product as long as it is unopened and undamaged. If we find that the product is not in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will refund the item and pay for shipping back to us. Refunded amounts will go back onto your credit card.

Shipping Policy

Our goal is to ship within 3 work days via UPS or USPS unless otherwise notified. We only ship Mon-Thurs.  ERGO is closed Fridays, any order placed after Thursday at 3pm MST will ship the following Monday.

Shipment Protection

ERGO offers Shipment Protection to take the stress out of ordering online. For a small additional fee at checkout, you can add Shipping Insurance to your order and get Free Returns for 90 days. If you need to return any part of your order within 90 days, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Shipment Protection is optional and must be selected at checkout (look for the blue box).
